This cemetery was established on Sep 11, 1882. The first addition to it was established Jul 07, 1905. It was originally only in section 11, but now has added several more additions and extends into both 11 & 12 sections. A wildland fire in 1926 burned the wooden tombstones and the cabin that the cemetery records were kept in.
