To reach the cemetery drive east from Castle Rock, Washington on Powell Road, about a mile. Cemetery is on the north side of the road.

The Castle Rock I.O.O.F. Cemetery was first deeded on May 30, 1901. Located on the east side of the interstate freeway, the southeast corner tract of land was conveyed by James W. Studebaker and his wife Minnie, to the Castle Rock Lodge #74 of the Independent Order of the Odd Fellows. (See Cowlitz County Deed Book 18, page 282.) The First Addition was deeded in August 1926. This cemetery is still currently used by family members owning plots.
