To reach the cemetery, take the first road to your left as you are driving north into Metaline on Hwy 20. It is up a rather steep incline, then keep to the left. The cemetery is at the end of the road. The town is small, if you get lost, just ask someone.
The cemetery is owned and well maintained by the town of Metaline. When I was reading it, a survey team was working the cemetery; replatting it. They said it was difficult because there was no planning with the first burials. They were trying to lay it out with a better plan and still utilize the most space. There are 335 individuals listed in this index.
