Re-enlisted and mustered in as a Veteran Volunteer on 1 Mar 1864. Promoted to 7th Corporal on 1 Jun 1864. Promoted to 6th Sergeant on 1 Nov 1864. Mustered out at Selma, Dallas County, Alabama. A member of Custer Post No. 6 of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. Died in Tacoma, Washington.
