Elected a Delegate to the 1915 Encampment of the Department of Washington and Alaska, Grand Army of the Republic (GAR). Died in Tacoma, Washington. He is buried in a G.A.R. section of the cemetery. Cemetery records show he is buried in Block 125-126, Grave 10.
